i really appreciate your customer service

my account has been limited I uploaded my Photo ID as proof of identity and a credit card statement as proof of address. I also made sure the address is the same as the one on my paypal account but my account still limited

but paypal still limited

but still there is no response from paypal.

how can i resolve that

Hello @rida2 If you've completed the steps to remove your limitation in the Resolution Center and your account is still limited, it means that we're still reviewing your information. Once our review is complete, we'll notify you. Please note that our specialists are unable to lift your limitation over the phone or via chat/messaging. Hope this will help you. Stay safe!

Your welcome @rida2 ! The time it takes to restore account access varies, depending on the type of issue. If you've submitted the information we requested in the Resolution Center you should receive a reply email from us within 3 business days. Check your email to see if we need more information from you to restore access to your account. If we request more information, continue to respond promptly to speed up the resolution process. Most limitations are resolved within 5 days, however some could take longer.

Some limitations can be lifted without a review. For instance, you may simply need to change your security questions and password. In either case, log in to your account for details. You can check the status of your limitation at any time in the Resolution Center.
