account hacked

HELP PLEASE! Account was hacked this morning. Someone started the "PAYPAL One Touch" on my account. They were able to access my account, update my phone number and mailing address with their phone number and mailing address. Once they did this they put in five different transactions totally $5,000. Paypal will not allow me to cancel these transaction, remove bank acct info, and/or close account, due to "Pending Transactions".

I cannot get ahold of a live person over the phone, keep getting hung up on because of, "We cant support your inquiry over the phone at this time."

No one to handle this over the paypal website. I need help!

Already put a stop payment through my bank. But PayPal needs to take action and help its customers!

I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your account. If you need to report any unauthorized activity through your PayPal account, you can do so through our Resolution Center. Here's a great Help Center article that can guide you through that process: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?

If you do not see the transaction in your PayPal history, we recommend contacting your funding source to see what options you have to report that transaction.
