then the announcement says that I can't do anything in 180days because my account got banned. I tried to change my name but since the name of my official documents is different, so I can't do so. The reason why names are different is that I just randomly typed a "name" on my paypal account long time ago before paypal needs the verification. Now what should I do? I can't send a ticket because again, my account got banned and the only thing I can do is to view the perivous activities.
I’ve now waited over 180 days which is the time they take to freeze your account, but so far no email has arrived with instructions on how to withdraw the funds. I feel like I’ve been hit by a bunch of dishonest scammers.
