thank you for your time reading my problem.
On my summary page, I have a notification saying You have an account alert, and I need to Provide additional information before Feb 23, 2021. But when I click on collect additional information appears a text that says my account is back to normal and 2 verified green signs that show all my information are verified without providing any information, and still that notif about the account alert doesn't disappear.
BTW: my account is already verified it's been 2 months so I didn't need to provide anything. I'm afraid that misunderstanding can cause a problem do I have to do something?
