a victim of a fraud

i have been a vhctim of a fraud, there were 8 transacrion from my account as PAYPAL*FACEBOOK (what does it nean?). My bank is useless, they declined my claim - they should stopped suspected transactions...so many in just 2 days...please advjse what to do.

It means that Facebook was paid and the transactions were made through PayPal who processed the payments. If you do not see the transactions in your PayPal account, that means that your bank card or the bank card info was somehow compromised and it was used to pay through PayPal checkout. Were these card transactions or bank account transactions. I think it is more likely card transactions. PayPal don't accept bank accounts through PayPal Guest checkout.
