I need to make a report and it not letting me online under resolution center.  I have purshase a item on the june 10,2020 and not response from the seller i would like a refun[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]/p>

  1. Locate and click payment transaction in your PayPal account activity
  2. Click "Report a problem”. 
  3. Click “I didn't receive an item I purchased”.

If you do not have this option, you may have paid as friends and family and there is no purchase protection for such payment. Whatever you do, do not file unauthorized transaction because no one broke into your account to pay, PayPal will deny your claim.
