This is a scam company Ordered a Christmas baubles decorating set .Received nearly 3 months later 6 plastic white baubles and a 6 inch christmas tree .

Yep, sadly one of these.

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

Sadly I was scammed too. I ordered 4 of these kits and received cheap plastic red baubles.

Had the usual offer of 5% refund. Then 10% and lastly 30%.

They also told me that they would freeze my refund unless I cancelled my complaint with Paypal.

My reply was not very nice to them.

Paypal advised they have apparently agreed to give me a full refund if I return the goods.

I will do this and spoke to paypal and advised them that with Australian law if the wrong item is sent then it is the responsibility of the seller to pay return postage.

Paypal advised that I can claim my return postage back through them, which I will do.

I have also reported Zzrays to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
