PayPal have refused refund. I ordered a large Make up Box to keep make up in with drawers for my grandaughters birthday , they sent me a small compact mirror. I sent a pic of the compact mirror and the box I ordered which came to £27.30! With postage but PayPal said I didnt send them tracking details. And my case is closed. This company are utter con artists be beware.
