Why does PayPal do nothing about zhixin trading co ltd. they are scamming people all over the world using PayPal !!!!
If they do nothing about them then they are complicit in the scam.
I have been scammed for £39 supplied all the info plus sites that identify them as a scam and they still do nothing.
I am now reporting them to investigative journalists who are collating similar info against PayPal. Hopefully this will make the television perhaps PayPal will then start to act responsibly !!!!
