Thank you for reaching us, your info seems to be too vague tho, by means of stop payments to zest ads, are you trying to cancel your agreement to them or are you planning to request a refund maybe? If yes, you may file a dispute for this transaction where you can communicate directly with your seller by opening a dispute in the PayPal Resolution center:
Log in to PayPal.com
Go to the Resolution Center.
Click Report a Problem.
Select the reason for your case and click Continue.
