I got ripped off for $42 by ZestAds, and so far, PayPal has done nothing but make it worse. I filed a dispute, as I was told that the item had shipped, and was given a bogus tracking number. I explained it to PayPal, and for some unknown reason, they filled the complaint under "item not as described"...WTF, where did that come from.
After contacting PayPal, I got a second notice that the item had shipped, with yet another bogus tracking number. I now have to call my credit card, and tell them to dispute the charge, as PayPal cannot get it right.
And I agree, PayPal should ban ZestAds.
