I purchased a small Xmas Tree from ZZrays, but only received a sticker for my $19.95 US and claimed a dispute through PayPal
unfortunately because I did not received any reply from the Company I then was supposed to go to Law Enforcement or Government Offices to get a signed paper. Being nearly 77 years old this was a burden to me and because I did not do this by a certain date my dispute was closed, so I have now lost this money.
I feel that Pay Pal should ban these fraud companies as soon as complaints are made.
I felt safe under Pay Pal, but now I am raising questions.
