I also ordered a Musical Christmas Tree ornament from Secludes but the payment through PayPal was Zzrays. I eventually received an envelope containing a Sticker. I have complained to the company who are blaming their Warehouse !So far they have offered me “ compensation “ of 20%. I have replied in no uncertain terms that I want a full refund. Still waiting for a reply.
