I bought a drone on <edited>Payments done via PayPal. Inc. Then I found payment was to ZG TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED. I then googled and found both are scam opererators. I emailed the seller as per the email on PayPal and returned undelivered. Will PayPal return my money? I lodged a complain with Paypal, but after reading all these complains, I find it strange that PayPal still service this seller.

I'm filing a report with Acton Fraud and National Fraud Intelligence Bureau in Britain as I advised PayPal they had to last weekend to close the scam down.
Both PayPal & Facebook know about the fraud which by the looks of it has been running since March.
They both are going to regret not stopping this worldwide scam running out of China when it hits the international news.
Facebook already lost billions over not protecting its users I'd say it's going to hit them both a lot more financially this time.

Or you can use their online forms to report ZG TECHNOLOGY for the International Scam/Fraud and Facebook and Paypal for falicitating in the Scam for refusing to shut it down.
Also paypal for favouring the criminals over its customers when customers should be treated as victims of crime and not a simple online transaction gone wrong.

I too was scammed and have filed a claim with PayPal regarding the FRAUD, I ordered a 75% Die-Cast Metal IRON MAN HULK BUSTER, and recieved some sort of junk IRON TOY that has nothing in similarity to what I ordered, I have found on FaceBook and here several instances of the same story.  This company refuses to return my call or ship me my order, but instead PAYPAL expects me to PAY to SHIP THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY in CHINA I believe their merchanise that I NEVER Ordered in the first place, that would be like me shipping someone a RANDOM PIECE 25LB BRICK of CRAP wrapped up in toilet tissue and then asking the person I sent it too to mail the piece of garbage back knowing that it would be too costly to do so, such that doing so would deter me from asking for a REFUND.  

If ANYONE HERE has had a positive response where PAYPAL has actually adhere to FRAUD CASES please POST and ADVISE!!!! in REGARDS to this vendor, who currently is opperating ENRICH.STORE   as their current FRAUD DEPO.

All paypal want is a returned tracking number attached to the scam sale to refund you after you raise a dispute.
A lot of cases people send back the parcel for it to never be recovered at post pffices in China by the fraudsters or for it to be a fake address in China so it becomes undeliverable and returned to them and they still get their refunds.
Paypal will refund your claim when you submit proof of returned tracking number.
Why pay to ship the junk back when you could send a empty envelope back to the fraudulent address.
You still get the important returned tracking number without forking out a small fortune.
Since no one is picking up the dodgy fakes who's to say that you haven't returned what you received.
Part of the scam is the off putting price of returning the junk to them.
It pays to ring up PayPal and demand to speak to a manager after you have submitted the proof of return to the fraudsters to your paypal dispute.
The managers have the authority to sort out your claim and grant you a refund while on the phone to you.
That's how I finally got PayPal to agree to refund me.
It pays to tell them that you know all about the scam through their own online community.

They now are operating under another PayPal account and website name. I just ordered a drone advertised on Facebook as “best drone - 4K camera”. They had a convincing video but were using a DJI mavic drone for that advertising. My drone came in and was half the size of my hand and don’t even work. They are working as Fingertip Interactive Tech Co.Ltd. Their new website is surprise.shopping.com

Call PayPal directly and escalate your case. Tell them you know about this fraud from PayPal’ s forum. They will give them 10 days to respond and then refund you. Let them know hundreds of PayPal users are getting scammed too (they know this already).
