ZESTAds Limited - just realized it is a fraud company

I needed a good mask so I see this Ad and ordered blindly without screening them. I thought Paypal will let me know unfortunately no.

Please help me how to get back my money from Paypal what I paid to ZestAds limited - This happened this morning .

I just sent the disputes to the email paypal provided which is not even 8 hours - I think this is the email to dispute for the transaction, if not

please let me know which one is the correct one. I think the transaction should be still pending...

Someone help me to get my cash back.

Paypal refused to refund my money as of today, April 8, 2020.

I have appealed with evidence from Zestads Unlimited.

They said they shipped out.  I tried to get name of shipper.  They were evasive.

I called the store where my package was to be sent to - they never got it.

Their tracking number is so suspicious as it is 20 numbers.   FED-Ex dont do that.

They refused to tell me who the shipper is.

I told them I would expose them on social media.

We need to demand Paypal to do better job and I am ready to terminate Paypal just because they sided with that frauded company.

and one of its subsidiary is Autumn Fantasy.....

Paypal -  Remember this adage - "The customer is always right".  You FAILED us!

I am in EXACTLY the same boat! Paypal is fully aware and is allowing this FRAUD.. I removed my card from Pay Pal and made the dispute through Discover. Let Paypal take the hit if they want to support Fraudulent companies I will never use PayPal again.

Same thing happened to me. PayPal refuses to refund even with evidence from shipping company they never received the package to be delivered.

I had the SAME experience. I thought I was being protected by PayPal by using their services. I was scammed for $215 from Zestads Limited and PayPal DENIED my my money back for two cleaners I NEVER received! I don’t know how much clearer I can state to PayPal that I did NOT receive what I paid for.

Paypal is DENYING DISPUTES!! They clearly KNOW this is FRAUD and are continuing to allow them to use Paypal which was giving us consumers a false senses of security. I canceled my order the next day as soon as I discovered the company was based out of China and clearly could not ship or deliver in the 5-7 days as promised. Not that anyone would want a mask from China right now! I am in the dispute process here is what Paypal responded: After having reviewed all the details, and based on the information we have to date, we have to deny your case. This decision was made because your billing dispute doesn't match our qualification for a billing dispute.   It has been 16 days and still no delivery as I expected and the company is still refusing to cancel or refund. Their address is false and the tracking number they send is also false!

Opening a dispute does not work! I even did a live chat with customer service! PayPal just denies and goes in their favor. Has happened to many people! I will be deleting PayPal since they cannot be trusted and don’t back up their customers allowing fraudulent companies get by with what they are doing. I even gave PayPal copies of the evidence I found on the company and PayPal still denied me! Will not happen again! Deleting PayPal!!!

Totally agree PayPal is fully aware of the problem and continues to all the scam. I strongly suggest you contact your credit card company and let them know the product never arrived.

I had the same issue with this vendor and Paypal denied my claim as well. Haven’t heard from the company, tracking info is fake. Paypal just keeps siding with them. I’m in the process of changing all of my paypal payments directly to my credit and debit cards. Paypal is becoming as much of a sham as the fraudsters they deal with and allow to abuse their customers.

Here is another issue to be aware of:  Zestads will be selling your email address/etc. to other scam companies.  Of course, being the highly reputable firm that they are, these other companies will never try to scam you by sending things like this (in the email that was sent, I was blind copied along with probably thousands of others, and this is not an email but instead is a screenshot of another complaint that these guys are using.

Pay attention to the return address (it isn't Paypal or anyone legit) and never click on any link in something like this...
