HI Paypal Community,
I've received an email this morning advising that 'your refund didn't complete'.
I've went back onto paypal to tried and dispute this... the message it came up with it read "Since this is money you've received, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue."
I've subsequently contacted the seller via email as advised by the paypal automatic email, the seller who is inevitably not going to reply as i believe they have tried to scam.
I cant open a dispute without a case reference number and every time i click on the dispute i need to review it advises on
"Since this is money you've received, you'll need to contact the sender directly to resolve your issue."
I'm all out of ideas and desperately need this resolved
I would very much appreciate your support on this.

Contact customer services and inform them the refund didn't complete so that they can open the case again for you hopefully.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.
Advice is voluntary.
