Your payment is waiting

Dear all,

I have receive an email with the subject "Your payment is waiting"  and the payment is not added into my PayPal account.

Also, it is showing the below message.

"Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.

Please provide the missing information by 23 September 2020, or the funds will be returned to the sender. "

 

Please reply what should I do. help  me

There is nothing in resolution center.

Even after completing the procedure mentioned nothing about my payment issue is solved.

It has been about a week and still no progress.

Did anyone manage to get it solved.

My money is also stuck. Doesnt show in balance or activity.

This is my first paypal payment. It asks me to go to the resolution center but when I go nothing there.

Not sure how to proceed.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Also a bit of info about transaction type and confirmation of payment if it does not show in your account?

I am located in India.

 

The payment I am accepting is from Workana (a freelancer platform)

I got an email from PayPal stating below:

Subject: Your payment is waiting

Email:

Funds received $XXX.XX USD

Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.

Please provide the missing information by 1 October 2020, or the funds will be returned to the sender. 

 

As per the email, if I go to Resolution center, I dont see anything pending.
If I go to help chat, it is of no use.

I have also completed expected KYC procedure.

 

Please let me know if this helps or you need more information

have you added USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account.

I had the problem where I got a mail stating "My payment is waiting."
Complete your KYC and then ask the sender to send you money again. It will be resolved.

I'm currently facing the same issue as well , KYC documents submission is done but still no updation from their side . The sender company does not resend the payment untill the amount is sent back to them by paypal .

 

The customer support here is really pathetic.

I already completed that long back.

Got below response but no payment.

 

You can now receive payments into your PayPal account
