Your account access is temporarily limited

Hi Paypal team or paypal community, my account got limited access all i did was just removing my debit card and wanted to re-link it back again... i already submit the documentation you ask  plus there's no emails saying that my account got limited... i just noticed when i open Paypal from the website just why?? already contact customer support from Twitter still waiting for some progress.. but no green light or whatsoever just "Submitted" that's all. Screenshot (357).png
