I got the below notification from Paypal today

Your account access is temporarily limitedWe noticed some significant changes to your account activity. To understand this better, we will require some information from you." It asks for the below details
Provide purchase receipt from your supplier - I'm running software and affiliate business and I don't deal with any supplier. Can somebody guide me on what to do in this case?
Provide proof of fulfillment - I don't have clear information on what exactly I need to submit for this ask
Confirm email - I already confirmed my email but it still asks to confirm my email. When I visit the email settings, I don't have the option to confirm email. What should I do in this case?
Can someone help me with this?
