Your account access is temporarily limited

Hello,

 

Yesterday I noticed that my PayPal account had been limited. I got this message "We noticed that you've been using your PayPal account in a questionable manner. To understand this better, we will require some information from you."

I submitted all of the documents requested yesterday and I have not received a response yet.

 

I looked up this message and have not found many people with the same limitation. Is this normal?
