Hello guys my account got temporarily limited when i go to resolve it asks me to confirm my debit card, when i press on the button "confirm" it sends me to my paypal balance...also it says that i've got 1 more limit that is "your buyers reported item" it has a case number but when i try to search for it i can't find it...no case is open in my account and i haven't gon notified even on my email about it and this is the 2limit how?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
