I was asked to Upload a photo ID, Confirm a card or Confirm a bank. i have to cards linked to my paypal account with a different name, so i'm i to submit the two card Statement?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Account limitations are placed in situations where we see unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. We normally do not allow financial information to be added to your account if it is in a different name.
