Your account access is temporarily limited

please i have upload all that was required and still my paypal account remains temporarily limited, the order i made from fiverr the money was debited from my bank account, fiverr can not receive order and my money did not return to my account,. what do i do?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Refunds are generally sent back to the funding source used to make the payment. Different payment methods have different timeframes for the refund.
