I have confirmed my whole information 
But its still saying 

  • Account
    There’s a problem with your account.
  • Do i need to wait or ? is this bugged

If you have uploaded or added information that paypal have requested then you would need to wait until they have reviewed that information and restored your account.

If its still saying they require information then give them a call to check?
