Your account access is temporarily limited - 3 month passed after submitted documents

Hello. Into my account I have this message : Your account access is temporarily limited - Confirm your information

 

When I click on RESOLVE button I have this messages - Thank you for providing the required information.

 

I already submitted all document for more than 3 months and nothing change. Also in resolution center I don't have anything. Not I can't use paypal acccount and I don't understand why someone from paypal can check the document in that time. 3 months have passed

Please contact customer service for a follow up and ask them to submit a account limitations support ticket on the account or something (they don't lift limits over the phone:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
