Last night my account became limited and I have no idea why. I tried calling but after an hour without any interaction from a human I gave up. Although it is noon, the online chat support tells me to comeback during business hours. And after I sent a message to paypal, I was greeted with the instructions to follow for my situation. However, these instructions don't apply because there is nothing for me to resolve. I need help from paypal support, just hoping they see this soon as I have important payments I need to get done very soon and this account limitation thing is very inconvenient as I cant sent or recieve any payments.
