hello to the community.
before 5-6 days i got limit on my account and the problem is :
Some of your account information is shared with an account that has a negative balance. Please resolve the issue in the account associated with ******@gmail.com. If you have questions or know this other account isn’t yours and need to appeal, contact us.
i dont know who is the man with the account with the negative balance and i cant solve this..
does anyone knows any way to solve this problem?
if not , can i withdraw to bank the funds that i have at paypal balance?

i already call at paypal and told me to solve the problem via the *****@gmail.com account.
but im not the owner
