I have followed paypal advice to send a message to Keith Vogt, Ltd. but until now there has been no reply.  I just want to use paypal to make payments and now I can't.  How to fix this.  Please help me with this.

Until now I did not feel that I had made a mistake, I only sold T-shirt designs through Printfull through the eBay marketplace and now I have removed all of my products.

I used to use paypal for payment, please help how to get this problem resolved.
