No idea how does this happen. Earlier I was able to accept the payment and the Paypal was working fine with my website. But now the error occurs as "Cannot perform the action at the moment. Please try again later."
And when I tried to check via my Paypal account, there is notification which says
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
