You cannot use PayPal anymore!

Good morning, My account is having a limitation also I cannot use Paypal anymore? Kindly assist and let me know how to active my account, PayPal is the safest and most secure. note that I always use a prepaid credit card. I contacted the call center but they are not helpful and they said there is no solution at all!! Regards, A.Rahman
