You can't use PayPal anymore, can i receive my funds after 180 days, i have unaccepted funds in my PayPal,

i don't have US bank accounts and can get check by email after 180 days and this check is possible to withdraw all over the worlds bank, 

please give me the best replay for how to get my funds back without having a valid USA bank
