You can no longer use Paypal

Hai all, 

i got an email regarding permanent ban from Paypal,

without knowing exactly what I've been doing wrong.

My balance got hold for another 180 days though it's coming from a legit business.

Any bank or card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive payments. Funds in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about withdrawing your funds.

I sent 2 emails to Paypal,

but again their answer remains the same.

Can anyone hint me any possible solution regarding this case?

They don't give reasons if they no longer want your business sadly.

It's unfair literally. 

The most unfair things is they lock your balance for 180 days, without any option to withdraw. @kernowlass

Paypal holds your funds for 180 days as that is the same timefrthat buyers have to open paypal disputes.
So if no disputes are opened against you in 180 days then you are allowed to withdraw the funds.
