You can no longer use PayPal

Hi i am Niwas from India,

I have a problem with my PayPal account.

Problem- one day I complete my verification on PayPal to upload my bank passbook, after few days it shows  You can no longer use PayPal.

I opening an account by accepting PayPal rules only. I am not disobeying PayPal rules but it shows after uploading a document, it shows as You can no longer use PayPal.

How can I resolve my problem?

Kindly pls help anybody.
