Hi everyone. I just received this email from PayPal and was totally shocked. No warnings etc just this. Anyone else receive anything like this recently and how do I resolve this? You can no longer use PayPal. During a recent review, we found an unacceptable level of potential risk associated with your account. As a result, we've permanently limited your account and you can no longer use PayPal. Any funds in your PayPal balance will be held for up to 180 days. We'll email you information on how to access the funds when they become available.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
