You can no longer use PayPal (Underage)

I opened my Paypal account while I was underage (17 years old) and missed to see that it was not allowed to create one in Paypal's Terms and Conditions. I am truly sorry for overlooking such an important rule. Due to this, my account was restricted and is now banned with the message saying "You can no longer use PayPal". I am turning 18 next month and am wondering if I will I ever be able to regain access to my old account. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Not to your old account no, that would always be an illegally opened underage account.

However paypal 'may' allow you to open a new account now you are 18 but don't do so without their permission or that one would be limited as well.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
