You can no longer use PayPal (PP-007-576-104-732)

I have only made this paypal account just to receive competition winnings because the organizers said that they would only send it through paypal. But after they sent the money i started to get the error of "You can no longer use paypal" (PP-007-576-104-732). Ive sent my documents to paypal to be verified twice but nothing seems to be happening its been about 2 weeks now. So now my payment is under review and i dont even have the money in my paypal account yet.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
