Why have PayPal failed to block this fraudulent company. I asked them to help and just received an automated reply saying that I would get full refund when I returned the cheap nasty item that they sent instead of the item that I ordered.
From the postings on this site it appears that PayPal are deliberately complicite with Yinglain Trading Co Ltd or they would have stopped people making payments months ago.
