I notified PayPal that the tracking number related to the delivery of a set of ear phones, and not the winter mans coat as ordered, but I have just received this .."
"We received the claim(s) you opened on 21 December 2018.
We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered.
We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction" ....
This is really unethical of scamming Yedao Technology Co., Ltd ... and PayPals anti scamming procedure .. How do I 'appeal' against there decision ..??
You should call to PayPal to appeal your case again. On the same time, ask to the PayPal that the sell should have to provide you the avoidance of the weight of the package that they send to you. They will not be able to provide you the right weight of the package that you order. Because, the weight of the ear buds was noted when they shipped it to you.
I ordered a 4-piece luxury faux bedding set from this seller and after 2.5 months I received a package in the mail today from the seller; however, it wasn't my bedroom set that I paid $50 for. It was cheap, plastic $3 wireless headphones. I have attempted to contact paypal to dispute the issue and they closed my case because the seller provided a tracking number even though it was the WRONG item! unbelievable!
Use the Freephone number and talk to a human being ..
I had exactly the same scenario .. five minutes on the phone resolved the issue and the scammed monies credited back into my account in 30 minutes ..
This is a Fraud Company
I ordered a Mens Hooded Warm Winter coat for 34.99 Dollars and received a useless head set probably worth £2.
I have emailed this company on several occasions with no reply.
Asked pay pay to assist me but they say that goods have been received and signed for! Yes I signed for something that I did not order.
This company needs to be investigated by ebay and struck off for any further SCAMS they commit!
I ordered a bed set on black Friday- I didn't receive an email confirmation about the product initially- I waited a few weeks and contacted the seller. I have had email correspondence; when I advised the item didn't arrive; I received a reply 'Well that's weird' have you checked with your neighbour' or the likes of that reply which caused me to investigate further- having read the comments its abundantly clear that this company had no intention of sending the item.
What a scam!
Called Paypal after they sent me an address in mandarin to ship ear buds back.
They are sending me another email with address in English. Wont budge on
refunding money back until I ship earbuds. Will reimburse shipping cost up to 30.00
dollars. Told them I would just open a dispute with my credit card instead.
He said don't need to do that. I took that I need to do that so I did. Waiting to here back
before I ship back the dollar tree earbuds. Will keep in touch. They are aware this is a scam seller
with all the disputes that they received.
