Recently I used an app to sell a $400 hoodie and I’ve used paypal before but for much smaller amount of money like $80-$120. After selling the hoodie they made me send proof of my identification and many more things. I showed them a picture of my ID and it was obvious I was underage so they are not letting me send or receive money. The problem is I have 400 dollars pending and I don’t know what’s going to happen with the money. Can anyone help me? I was just trying to make extra money on the side and got hit with this
The account is fried because you're underage. The funds will be held for 180 days in case the buyer reports a problem, disputing the payment for a refund. After that, PayPal will email you when you can withdrawal with withdrawal instructions if there are funds still remaining in the account.
