YF INTERNET TECH

I`ve been in dispute with them for over a month now. I ordered a laser printer a received a cheap business card holder. No they want me to send back the item before they pay me back. The problem is that for me to return the package which is about 3 inch by 4 inch and weighs about 5 oz , it would cost me about $65 . I have no confidence in a cie that ships by error a such different item. If I do what they ask me I would end up - $30 about.

What are your thoughts ?

This is exactly what is happening with me at the moment with this company! Back in September they sent me the same little black plastic business card holder in place of a drone that was the original order! I am in dispute with them through PayPal resolution center and it's email after email, they even apologised and offered me a 30% refund which I rejected! This company is disgraceful and knows exactly what it's doing! It takes your order then sends out this useless little black plastic card holder just so they can give PayPal tracking information incase of a dispute, I was so disgusted when I received the card holder and threw it away as this had happened before with other orders from China so can't send them the photographs they requested! It really is bad business and companies like this should be avoided at all costs! They know exactly what they are doing and by using this plastic card holder and tracking number trick and just exchanging email after email in the resolution center without ever offering your money back PayPal will rule in their favour everytime and it's bad business and in reality theft!

YF INTERNET TECH I've ordered an Item (Water Jet Gun). Item never came. I've opened a dispute. I gave the info. Seller gave the tracking number. I've checked the local post office etc. Than the seller didn't reply anymore. I gave him the number of the p.office so that he can call it himself if he doesn't belive me. Nothing. PayPal closed the case in seller favour because I didn't gave any additional info. Well I've checked all of december and there was nothing notifying me about any additional info. That is not correct. PayPal I'm waiting. I have to send 100x explanation.

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
Check tracking in below link to see where it went.
https://www.17track.net/en

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

This company is fraud/ fake. They appear in FB marketplace offering pallets liquidation style but too good to be true. I placed an order but it didn’t appear in my transaction so I want to cancel the purchase right away but cannot find the store. I didn’t even receive any acknowledgment email about the purchase. This is purely fraud.

Yep, another of these?

Chinese Web Sites or on Social Media ads easy to spot (once you know the below signs) so buyer beware.

1. No return address on the returns policy. The site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) but they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost often more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number. if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. Rarely company address information.
4. Great pictures of items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.
5. Fake reviews.
6. Google and you can often see previous company names as they change them once enough claims roll in and Paypal stop them using their services and start over.
7. Send fake tracking numbers to win item non receipt of item claims.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?

You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website (or you receive a totally different product).

By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.

If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.

These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.

To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.

Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute

Do not close the dispute until you have a refund or your item.
If a seller states that they can't refund until you have closed the dispute don't believe them.
Escalate the dispute to a claim within 20 days (before it times out), if you need Paypal to get involved.

If you lose because the seller provides a fake tracking number then post back here for more advice.
If the item arrives and its not what you ordered / not as described then make sure you change the dispute quickly from non receipt. If the dispute times out before you can change it then contact customer services to open a second dispute for the new reason.

Activate the below link in case you have to return the item at Paypals request (or the correct one for your country as this is the U.S link).

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns

If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will issue a chargeback.

I also saw an advertisement for jewelry on Facebook and bought two large lots. Received 4 cheap things (necklace, bracelet, and two rings, this is even without packaging, see the photo). These are fraudulent activities that have not only affected me. I opened a dispute for Paypal and am waiting for a decision. In addition, the address from which the jewelry was sent also sounds like a scammer (a lot of negative reviews on the Internet!) It's so stupid to get caught by scammers (((159462494_546890689618713_8960961209635417285_n (1).jpg20210310_194337 (2).jpg

I ordered from this company too.  I'm waiting to see what they will send me.  I ordered a lot of misc. jewelry pieces.  Now in retrospect when I look at the website I want to smack myself in the forehead.  Will have to wait and see what happens.   I found them through a facebook ad and when I clicked on the link this is where it took me.  https://eartcco.com/product/jewelry-supply-warehouse/?fbclid=IwAR0vGmrau8x58ZvVjaNMLrMTN0ETIUdN51pXY...

I ordered a giant bean bag. Looked great on facebook. I waited 3 weeks and finally I got a package as big as my fist. When I opened it it was a blue floral pillow case. It looked so manky and dirty I threw in the bin. Fearing covid - 19. I emailed them and complained. My order cost me $20.98 the seller offered me $6.00 refund or I could post back to them in China costing about £25 and I will get full refund. I'm disgusted with this company. I've opened a dispute but haven't any faith in PayPal after reading this
