I purchased a Heavy Duty Riveter and Rivets from YC Tech through Pay Pal but I only received the rivets. I contacted YC Tech and they said there was tracking showing that the product was delivered. Obviously there was for what I did receive - but it wasn't everything s described. I then filed a claim with Pay Pal, and it was denied for the same reason - that there is tracking showing delivery. Why does no one understand that I did not receive everything?? What can I do.
I did not know that the disputes are automated. But after I received the denial, I did try to file another as received but not as described and the system won't let me do it.
