Wrongly placed order how to get money reverted?

Hi guys,

 

I have failed to place an order on Flannels.com on Sunday night. however, PayPal did let order went through, twice. I went to flannels and they said they have completely no orders coming in therefore they cannot cancel the order or process the payment. I also asked my bank to cancel the authorization and they said they are not allowed to do that on their end either. So the orders that went through from PayPal are wrongly placed and the payment will never be processed in the future. So how can I require the money to be reverted to my account since I cannot phone through and all the "Online agents  are currently offline even during office hours?

 

If the money will be automatically reverted, how long will it usually take?
