I added some house lights on a site called navancad and when I was about to check out they ask for my address and name. The amount was 200 CA. I saw the option to check out with paypal and when I did I saw an amount for 97 to my paypal saying it is a check to see if the card can make the transaction. When the transaction went through it showed 114 USD to my credit card. After I perform the transaction I contacted the company about 5 mins after asking them several times to cancel the order because the transaction showed for clothing. I sent several message because there are no contact numbers. After the pending transaction went through I got the seller email and sent several email and got no response. I open the case saying unauthorised transactions and paypal replied this wasn't any unauthorised transactions.
