Wrong status in Resolution Center cases

Hello,
There are two Open cases in my Resolution Center (as a Seller). Both of them show a status of "Need seller response", but that seems incorrect.
On the first case the email I received states that no action is needed on my end. The case reason is "The buyer stated that they did not authorize this purchase" and in the email I received, PayPal said that "At this time we need no further action or information from you". Should I reply to the case anyway?
On the second case I already replied to the buyer and am awaiting their response. Should I just reply again despite them not responding?
Are these statuses just a bug on PayPal's UI?
