Hi
i checked a transaction and there was only one option, unauthorized activity.
on forwarding this Paypal found 2 addresses that were added the last 60 days, but had NOTHING to do with the checked transaction.
they asked wether to mainting these addreses or not. Of course not.
but now I have a open case for a correct transaction, but that I fear might be scammed since in 4 days i received shipping info of whatever from the seller.
paypal might disrupt this by callingthe seller. All I wqnted Paypal to do was stay guarded and tell me what to do.
now it seems they are going to take actions which are too early to undertake.
and i cannot find a paypal email way to clarify this.
is there no email address to clarify this ?
thhanks
Ignace
