Wrong product shipped/received, seller is stating must pay return shipping
I ordered a deluxe swinging camping chair. Receive a 10" high folding doll chair. The seller is stating I have to pay return shipping cost (for something I didn't order) and then they provide a shipping address in all Chinese characters. The resolution center say I have to respond but the only way I can respond is with shipping details. How can I get someone from PayPal to get involved. Otherwise they will close the case as me not responding.
