Wrong product request cancellation disputes

I placed a custom order with a seller in China for dresses in 3 specific colors. The seller massage me a color chart circling the confirmed colors and promised a 10 day turnaround. 25 days later she sent pictures of dresses ready to ship in the wrong colors. I have gone back and forth with her for over a week requesting she either remake the dresses or cancel and issue a refund. She insist the her colors were base on what I wanted and refuse to cancel and insist that she will ship the dresses anyway. I am wondering do I file a "not received dispute" ... or what. I do not want her to ship them and am worried that her shipping will close the dispute and I will lose a lot of money. The dresses are worthless in the colors that she made them and I would never even try to offer them for sale in my boutique.
