I am trying to figure out why when I purchased a product from a business out of the country and when I received my order I opened it to see the wrong item not what was advertised. I emailed the company without any response to this day. I contacted Paypal and was denied my claim after 30 days and now I am out $197. I thought Paypal had protection for this. I did pay goods and services and filed the claim in a timely matter. I was denied 2 times I cannot get in contact with anyone at Paypal or the Chinese company. Not Happy
