I ordered a phone from Ebay and got it yesterday but it was not the phone that I ordered. I am wondering is it an unreasonable request that I ask the seller to process the correct order that I placed once I send him proof of returns postage? I have told him I will be sending the phone back today via registered post (signed for) and that once I send him the receipt via email can he process the correct order! Is that unreasonable people? The transaction was through papal also.
TIA

Why did you not use the resolve a problem option in your Ebay account when the seller would probably have had to send you a pre paid label to return the item?
