I ordered some wooden puzzles for my grandkids....they were $76 and shipped from China. They did not send the puzzles I ordered. To finalize the complaint against them I had to return the items. Shipping was $53. Without showing proof of shipping I cannot get a refund.
Why should I pay for shipping when the wrong item was sent? The company did not offer to pay for return shipping.
